Hi Siobhan,
Today I had 3 and we did my High Energy Cardio Circuit which was an hour and included barbell work and seated work for concentration curls, seated clean and press and wrist curls along with the regular weighted and non weighted exercises. The room was cold so it took a lot to build up a sweat.
Then I did 37 minutes of weight work including barbell bench press, flyes , hammer curls( 8 reps at 30 and 35 pounds) and 6 reps at 40 pounds, some tricep work and floorwork for abs , legs and glutes.
