Hi Siobhan,
You go at a steady pace and I only go really fast occasionally and I go backwards to break up the monotony.
Today I had 4 ladies and we did my Aerobic/Kickbox Circuit for an hour then I did 50 minutes of weight work using barbell, machines, dumbbells, and the sled plus floorwork for abs , legs and glutes.
I am beat. Nice workout Siobhan.
