Blender- "Jump Rope & Weight Plates" - 19 min.
Blender- "15 min. Cycle Power"
Hydrow Circuit #96- 10 min. Rowing & Weights EMOM
Peloton 10 min. Intro to Rowing Bootcamp
That's it. so far, I am enjoying all of Cathe's new dvds. Made alot of blenders, all different time
lengths.
