Good morning girls!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Jump Rope & Weight Plates" - 19 min.
Blender- "15 min. Cycle Power"
Hydrow Circuit #96- 10 min. Rowing & Weights EMOM
Peloton 10 min. Intro to Rowing Bootcamp

That's it. so far, I am enjoying all of Cathe's new dvds. Made alot of blenders, all different time
lengths.

It seriously looks like a bomb went off in my house. :D I have the last of my Xtrain workouts for the year on my rotation (I think today is Athletic Training) but that’s looking doubtful. CleanMax 2023 needs to happen.

I am starting the whole enchilada of STS (the original) plus cardio on Jan 1 of the New Year, so my energy will determine if I finish ‘23 with a bang or on fumes. :D

Anita- Oh I understand about Christmas festivities taking its toll on the house. I think we all can agree. I know you may have to do Clean Max before tackling an XTrain or any workout.
It does sound like you have a good workout plan of action of STS (Original) plud STS cardio. Great combo. Good luck with everything;)

Les Mills Combat- Combat Live= 34 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- SUPERSETS 30-min Indoor Cycling Workout= 30 Min

I agree with you on Killer Legs, that’s a great workout, a lot of new moves & great
variety in the combos. A winner for sure!
