Well, I did a very intense 35 min. weight workout doing 2 exercises in quick succession using 10 pound dumbbells for 16 reps example: bicep hammers then curls, triceps- kickbacks and overhead 1 dumbbell both hands, back- lying overhead and 1 arm rows, shoulders- press and long lever raise, chest- incline flyes and press. Then went up to 12 pounds for a 2nd set at only 12 reps. Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

I really need to do cardio too but don't feel like doing anything I have, sigh.
