Hi ladies,
Today I did 40 minutes of weight work including abs and legs then taught my aerobic dance circuit to 5 ladies.
I bench pressed 120 again today for 5 reps so I was happy. Today I went mostly heavy on all my weights so it was good.
The workout I taught today is fast paced with the weight work because the songs are fast, so the weight work was almost cardio itself.
Now I am going to get my haircut.
