Hi ladies ,

Today I taught my Kickbox Fun with Add Ons 2 routine to 6 ladies for 47 minutes. It was a group that didn't mind kickboxing and it went well. No timing issues [emoji16].

Then I did 35 minutes on the elliptical and about 10 minutes of lower body weight work. Leg press machine, inner and outer thigh machines, stability ball abs, and bridge move on the ball.

Now I have lots to get done today!![emoji2957][emoji44][emoji16]

Hi all

Today was Jabs and Kicks Live. Another good one!

I am so looking forward to having 11 days off starting Friday. Our Holidays are super low key which I love!

Annette - do you ever work out at home or just at the gym?
 
Yes, if I don't make it to the gym I will do one of my many Cathe DVDs or Kelly, or Amy or Taebo or various others or one of my own workouts that I use in my classes. I just don't lift anymore at home.
