Hi ladies,
RWH Plyo Hiit One on the rotation today- wowow!! Love the variety on this one - and it is doable for me. I only did 2 segments on the rebounder. I also did Ab circuits Weights and Plates.

More RWH tomorrow, so far I am liking them! ( Only did two..)
 
Good morning everyone,

I was short on time this morning cos I slept in. I finally jumped out of bed only because I had new RWH workouts to do. I chose RWH low impact hiit one. It was good and enduring. I added on bonus abs 1.

I did a premix off of KCM STEP KICKBOXING and then 50 minutes at the gym.

Too many goodies in the house.

Hi ladies I did turbo jam 20 min cardio this morning.
