Good morning girls ! Up, extra early this AM, not the best night of sleep (sigh!)

Nice rest day yesterday, Siobhan......I am planning on 1 or 2 coming up pretty soon!

Annette, Oh my goodness, 90 min total body workout at the gym yesterday!!! I bet you were beat ! That was great! Sorry to hear about your friend......I hope he will recover and be ok.

Today's workout(s):

CatheLive- Christmas Wonderland 2020- (this is about 43-44 min. but I did the warmup &
about 4 rounds of cardio & weights and the stretch, so it worked out to be roughly 30 min. total)
YT- Crossrope-10 min. Jump Rope & Standing Core Workout
YT- Caroline Jordan- 5 min. Foam Roller Recovery Workout

Great workout! Today I did a Sydney Cummings workout for upper body. It was pretty enduring. Good golly I am just rushing around like mad these days. Yikes!

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did an hour long Taebo with wrist and ankle weights on. It was very sweaty.

And a good thing I was at home since the surgery center called to get my history.

Nice workouts ladies, keep up the great work!!

I'm still working on that major project of getting my wokout room back and organized after a year +, it's a huge undertaking . I hope to workout tomorrow but I can tomorrow off as well and I need his help with this project in order to finish and ge my workout room back. Fingers crossed it will be soon. Take care Everyone great job on your workouts.
