Good Wednesday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a workout blender EDT chest/triceps and added on Hoco Body Blast - I shorted it to 25 minutes as I ran out of time. I can't believe I thought I'd lost my strength to do hoco - not easy but very satisfying to challenge myself this a.m.

Hi Ceci,

We were alone yesterday. Today I taught my aerobic dance circuit to 5 ladies for an hour then I did 22 minutes on the elliptical and then 30 minutes of weight work including abs and legs. Was at the gym waay too long today.

Hi ladies,
Good w/o's!
I am checking in with nothing to report. Had a busy afternoon giving bball trainings as always, so at least I got my 10000 steps in.
It's been nearly a week without a real w/o. Thankfully just another week or two to go before I can start again. I still feel really tight in my whole lower body, so much so it feels like I can pinpoint several trigger points. Not sure of this will go away with some weeks rest and perhaps slightly less stress. Only time will tell. I am pretty sure that I will not be returning to that PT if I still don't feel improvements in January. If that is the case I will find someone else... Someone that will not advise me to rest, rest and rest. However, I must say I definitely don't feel overly rested, I am still exhausted and falling asleep every evening when I read with my son. We like to read for 30min together (each our own book) before he goes to sleep.

Oh it is far from cold here. 11 degrees today and sunny!
