Good morning all!

This morning I wanted to do one of my favorite CatheLives so I did "Fantastic Elastic" - 46 min.
Since it was a longer one and I did the whole workout, that's it for today.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Fit Split Boxing, legs & glutes (or something like that). I did half the warm-up and almost all of the 20+ minute leg segments. I added on 18 minutes of BB yogalates.

Linda - I gotta check that one out - fun title!

Also, wanted to let you know, if you aren't aware of it yet, the new LM&R workouts are in OnDemand & the
blender.
 
So today was LM&R Upper Body & Balance Bonus. I was feeling great after, so I added on RWH Back, Biceps & Shoulders Premix #5 Timesaver. It was a nice, short little add on for me. Oh, I also threw in Abs One. I love all the band work in these workouts! I feel like I really benefit from them in the shoulder that had the replacement. Tomorrow will most likely be a lighter or a recovery workout.
 
Hi ladies ,

Today was Cathe's Rev'd Up Rumble Premix with the Core work which is 51 minutes. I had my wrist weights on for half of it. I did better with the ab moves this time, definitely won't be doing the bear claw (1st move she does) any time soon. But I was able to do the sit ups with the upthrust at the end so that was an improvement over the 1st time.

It is such a dreary day, dark, rainy, cold and supposed to drop in temperature throughout the day, brrrrrr!!

Nice workouts ladies, let's keep up the great work!!!
