Hi Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday. Some days I just can't get up!

Today I did a short SSOD bootcamp workout for 30 minutes and added in a stretch.

Hi all

Ceci-I hear you on the not wanting to get up! My husband gets up at 4:30 to workout before work and I usually stay awake. If I don't get the my workout in before work I am just too tired after work.

Annette - I did not realize WalMart had clothes. I have only been in that store once or twice. I grocery shop at Whole Foods and get my cleaning supplies, paper goods, etc delivered to the house from either Amazon or Target.

Yesterday was ICE Metabolic TB plus Abs and today Cardio Leg Crush Live.

Lisa, really you did not know Wal mart had clothes?? The super Walmart carries everything from automotive to baby clothes to general clothing to groceries and paper products and everything in between.

Today I taught my Aerobic and Kickbox circuit workout to 3 ladies for 55 minutes, then I did 55 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs ,glutes and legs. Even held a plank for 30 seconds. Worked on building up my strength so I kept increasing the weight on the barbell for chest press and managed to get it off the rack at 115 pounds and hold it up for 10 seconds. At the lower weights 65, 75, 85 ,95, 100 I did 8, 6,6,4, and 3 respectively with doing an actual rep down and up. At 105 and 110 and 115 I just lifted and attempted to lower it at 105 and 110.

It's getting there.

Annette I had no clue. There are none that are close to me and even if there were I am not sure what I would go there for.
