Hi ladies,

Siobhan - thanks for following the Scotland crew! He is at a tech rehearsal now, so we will start seeing some sights of Edinburgh and the festival now. He pinged me last night and said he has a view of Arthur's Seat from his dorm room...so cool!

Today was Cize workout 2, Treasure. I liked this one better than the first one, only because it is getting more complex. I want to jump to the final disc, but I am doing these in order so I get all the moves quickly. This one was 40 minutes, and even if there was TIFTing, it really was fun, and the time went quickly. I would say this is a nice steady state cardio, nothing too intense. I just didn't feel like the Cathe drill stuff today..

Today I did a short MH biceps/back/shoulder weight workout + a 100 burpee challenge. I was up late so surprised myself with a workout.

Conni - what is this Cize workout I've been seeing comments on?

Today was Cathe's MMA Kickbox no abs then 50 minutes at the gym.

The pool yesterday was wonderful not crowded and I was there 3.5 hours.
