Hi Siobhan,

Today I came to the gym and did 50 minutes on the elliptical. Then I ran the sled up and back with 2 plates 4 times as fast as I could, then I ended with floorwork for abs and legs (about 22 minutes for floorwork and sled).

Hope you are still enjoying your vacation.

I made it to Victoria and the gym in the hotel. I just played with some weights e.g. upper body, pyramid style. Not much else. Lots of walking.
