Good morning ladies!

Today's workouts:

Blender- STS Tri Sets: Total Body - 40 min.
YT-Phoenix Nation- 10 min. Shred Jump Rope workout

50 min of fun!

Nora, thanks for your input on KCM's new workouts....I answered on yesterday's post, but at this point,
I don't think I will order them, but if she adds them to her app, I may re-subscribe for a month and try
some of them ... there are several Raw workouts in her app that I really, really like and miss them,
so I could re-visit them as well.
 
Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Bully Juice legs (again). It's 46 minutes long and enduring. I added on a 10 minute beginner bodyweight chest workout by Bully Juice. It did not feel like a beginner workout. whoa.

Great workout today Linda! Heavy weights, no doubt.

Annette and Nora - nice to see you both checking in yesterday and getting in your workouts.

You're right, those both sound fun. I haven't done the Phoenix Nation Shred jump rope workout yet but will keep that in mind and do it soon.
As always amazing job on your workouts. No worries on the new Raw KCM workouts. I just wanted to pass along the info.

Today was 60 minutes on the elliptical and just a very short abs, legs and glutes on the floor and on the stability ball.

Nice workouts ladies.

Annette, an hour on the elliptical! OMG, I couldn’t do that….well, maybe if I did 20 min.
take a break, 20 more & another break & then finish….:). Got in a little floor & ball work
too I see. That’s great!
