Great workouts from us all yesterday.

Today I did Burnsets Bi's/Tri's (forgot how xtrain rotation makes my muscles pop) and added on 20 minutes of pilates by lisa.

Hi gals,

Today is my oldest son's 24th birthday, how did he get that old?!?

Today I did 30 min. of the Max Instensity Taebo, then did only the kickbox(cardio) of my own workout for tomorrow's class to practice. Then to the gym for 45 min. of weight work including abs but no leg work.

Tomorrow is my first actual class (not subbing for somebody else) so let's all pray it goes well.

Hi ladies,

I had hoped to do one or two new workouts today, but my sister and her family really wanted to go to a beach town tonight where 100s of people play Pokemon Go and as it's their last night here I went with them even though I don't play. So all I did today was walk my 10.000 steps

Hey, excellent workouts Ceci & Annette and way to go with your steps Henriette!! :) Sounds like it is Burn Set week for you Ceci. You'll be looking strong!

That is such a funny photo Henriette. I do not get the Pokemon Go thing at all. lol. Oh well! But I do not have a nifty phone either, so that may be it.

Today I did Leah Sarago Swan Arms which is a bit of a strange thing if I'm honest, but it is good for my back (19 min), my own band chest work (7 min) and the standing core work from Cathe Cardio Core Circuit Live.
