Today I took a rest day so just did my back exercises and had a cup of coffee.

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Kickbox Fun with Add Ons 2 routine to 4 ladies including 1 new lady.

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs and glutes. Full body workout with weights.

Then I tried to do the elliptical but only managed 10 minutes, and I was beat.

Beautiful day!

Hi Everyone,

I ended up working out afterall. I did Yvette's 12 minute upper body workout + added on my own WB of STS Meso 3 chest/shoulders/triceps. I did some abs from youtube. I hope to see you all tomorrow.
