Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. Full Body Row & Weights EMOM
IFit- "Mining Towns Recovery Ride- Lowell/Bisbee, Arizona" - 10 min.
Blender Add-on: "Ab Stacker & Weight Plate Abs" - 10 min.

Annette, when is your son's wedding? Maybe you shared before, but I can't
remember.

Everyone have a good day....gonna be another HOT one here today, close to 100!
Weather can be crazy....we had in the 40's for a few nights just recently, and right now,
6:30 AM it's 70.

Linda, son's wedding is November 16th.

Today in the 81°F of my house I did KCM BOXING COMBOS with my boxing gloves on it is 32 min. Then I did the 8 minutes of marching.

I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon.

Yes, it is hot here. Oh and if you didn't read my post well enough you will realize that I must have gotten the blu-ray player to work, YAY me!!
