Good Wednesday Morning everyone,

Today I did STS Meso 2 - chest/shoulders + tri's + a 10 minute Stephanie Levinson Upper Body Sculpt + same instructor abs. It was a loooong workout.

Hi gals,

Today was KCM Kickboxing the 2nd 30 minute workout then 50 minutes at the gym.

I am at the college waiting for my interview which is at 2:30pm.
