Good Morning Everyone,

I didn't intend to take a rest day yesterday. I just didn't sleep well the night before and needed to get work done before I started a busy day of clients. Today, on the other hand, I managed a nice workout. I did 45 minutes of Lift with Cee - 36 minutes of total body weights and 10 minutes of core. Wow. I like her.

Nice to see everyone working out on Monday and Tuesday (sorry you didn't get your work in the other day Nora).

Hi ladies,

Today I did CDorner's latest kickboxing workout that debuted Tuesday on her channel. But I did it today on YouTube, it was 35 minutes long. Then I did 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Nice workouts ladies.
