Rest days are good.
Today I stayed home and did my Seven Kicking Progression circuit workout from my class that I found online. All lower body kicks with some upper body weight work mixed in plus floorwork at the end. Plus I had on my ankle weights for the whole workout, 56 minutes of a workout.
It was good my legs are already feeling it and I was sweating at the end.
