Today I did more CG for Upper Body (no triceps). It was about an hour. I will do my own stretch.

Hydrow- 5 min. "Upper vs. Lower Body Rowing Warmup - Boston
Bitgym- 5 min. Rowing on River Thames, England
Hydrow- 5 min. "Low Rhythm Rowing Cooldown", Bergen, Norway
IFit- "Reindalen Creek, Norway" Skier Recovery workout - 19 min.
YT- "Krakow, Poland Treadmill Interval workout" -22 min.

That's it!

Siobhan, I saw you posted, so great CG for Upper Body workout for an hour! That's
a good long upper body workout, even without triceps! Have a good day!

I spent 3 hours and 45 minutes at the pool. It was heaven.
