Hi ladies,

Today I did 50 minutes on the elliptical and 25 minutes of light dumbbell work for shoulders and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.


My one glute has a nagging ache in it and I can't seem to work it out,sigh.

I did spent 3.5 hours at the pool yesterday it was heavenly.

Hi Annette,

I took a rest day today and just read a book and did some tarot this morning. I didn't even do my back exercises... I hope to be back at it tomorrow! Good workout friend.
