Good morning Tammy and all who follow,

Today is kpc/lg day I love the mixes on that dvd.
Yesterday I did 30mins of step and gs back,bi's and shoulders.
I'm liking Cathe's August rotation so I might give it a go starting next week.

Good Morning......Happy AUGUST 1st and HUMP DAY!

WOW!:eek: It's almost like a HOLIDAY ~! :D

I don't know what I'm going to do for August. I am not a fan of working Lowerbody and tend to sub TONS. Heavy bb or db work and squats, lunges, deadlifts and stepups all tend to aggravate my back.....:( so I think I would spend the whole month subbing!
Does anyone know if it's worth doing without weights ??

What is everyone doing for August? Maybe I'll get some ideas !

On to great news.......MY DD got the job at the resteraunt !!!!!!!!
They hired her on the spot !:7 They will start orientation and training in a few days and then open in about 2 weeks!!!!

Good news on your daughters' job, Becky, I am sure she is excited!

I am going to try the August rotation, with substitutions of course, lol!

Today was BM2 Bootcamp, I just don't have the time for the workout in its' entirety and the BC premix is pretty intense, imo.

I was able to sleep in today. I don't have to be at work until 1:30. My plan is to do the cardio blast from BM2.

OMG, Jane, Joseph is SOOO sweet. I love that he is so happy and his eyes positively dance! Good luck with the kitchen. I've done the remodeling thing(it's been 2.5 yrs) and I know how horrible it can be not having a kitchen!

Jenn, good luck with Cathe's rotation. I'm with Becky. I don't enjoy LB work. I'll be sticking with FF muscle building rotation from Jan 07.

Tammy, I'm looking forward to talking to you on the RT about CC(Sean) and itread. I feel like i'm missing something. Lately, I've been tossing around the idea of joining a gym just to do these things.

I ended up doing BM2 step and upperbody, and PUB abs and stretch.

Phyllis, I think I'll check out the rotation you're doing. I've had a lot of luck with rotations by FF and I always seem to enjoy them. How far into are you??

Hi All! Today will be LIC just for fun,and way a short hike with my SO and doggy. I'll start the new August rotation on Monday but that should be a laugh since I will be camping the last week of August. Mind you I am very tempted to bring along all the necessary equipment. It's really pain trying to follow rotations with camping trips. Maybe my five workouts on the roadtrip will make up for some of it!!

Phyllis: You are indeed missing out if you aren't working out with Coach Sean. Aside from the fact that the workouts are rather inspiring and a welcome change of pace but I have found that they have increased my overall endurance. I never thought I could get through a workout without someone telling me what to do through the whole thing. Coach Sean guides you and how much you choose to do is truly up to you--this has actually made me rise to a higher challenge. Simply awesome!! (and for added convenience you can pay with paypal ;-)
 
Phyllis: Good question. I'm lucky in that I only pay Planet Fitness $10.00 monthly. Maybe you have a PF in your area? I use CC on an elliptical but I think he has some runner works outs, if you are interested in running. Even you don't join its nice to have at least one CC on hand if you travel and have access to a hotel fitness center.

BTW, I realized that the rotation I started for myself was the same as Cathe's so I am starting it a bit early. That way I will wrap up a bit early before my vacation and can spend the week hiking with my beefed up burly legs :7 :7

Well today was GroceryMax and TOMmax ouch - so I'm taking plenty of pain relief here and doing some mild yoga can we all say Ahhhhhhhh!

Can you tell me where to find the rotation?? I've looked and somehow am missing it.

My dd had a job for a while (at a chili place) when she was 15. She basically just bussed tables. They ended up just scheduling her less and less ( she couldn't work as late as they decided they wanted her to during the week due to her age) and she wasn't fired and didn't quit.....just stopped being scheduled after a while.:(

This new job sounds a lot better. And healthier! No fried foods and lots of healthy yummy sandwiches, wraps and salads! I can't wait to try it out .:9

I spent the afternoon doing cleanmax at my MIL's house. My older DD and I went and cleaned it top to bottom! Now it's ready for when she moves back in !

It's 98 degrees ! YIKES! Thank God for A/C !!:p

It is HOT here in the northeast...YUCK!!! I had a great run with iTread 19/30 this morning. I was feeling tired and almost didn't do the workout, but I got on my treadmill and away I went. WHEW!!! I had an amazing run! I was literally a dripping mass of sweat afterwards so I skipped the ab work with the hopes of adding it to this evening's UB work....I did the UB but still skipped the abs...there's always tomorrow, right?

Becky ~ Congrats to your DD :)...I liked your workout today.

Phyllis ~ Can't wait to talk to you about CC and iTread. I bought my CC's WAAAAYYYY before I had a treadmill and I just used them on my outdoor runs. Now, I live in a very "deer heavy" area and I am SCARED TO DEATH of deer....it only took one early morning encounter with a whole pack of deer to send me straight to the treadmill store! ;)

Conni ~ I like Cathe's August rotation, but I would have to sub WAY TOO much.

Jenn ~ I agreee, the premixes on KPC/LG are awesome!
