Busy day today for everyone I think.

Annette - Best of luck on the interview, I know you will wow them!

Siobhan - Have a good visit today.

Carmen - Hope you feel better, getting sick during the summer is not fun!

Today was kickbox - I did TF EZ 45 and Cathe Ab hits.

I really don't get the "ez" part of that title!!

Hello everyone!

Today I did Meso 1 disc 6 - legs - that was good. I am loving STS! I did not do my 1 rep max at all.

Annette - GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!! from Canada. I had to shout it - I am so far away.

Carmen - I hope you feel better.

Conni - good workout. I love kickboxing - but just Cathe's kickboxing. My lens is narrow when it comes to kickboxing.

Thanks everybody, it is about an hour away so I will be getting ready soon.


I spent 55 min. at the gym, interesting tidbit about the gym.


I was doing chest press with a barbell and had worked myself up to 80 pounds and did about 8 reps, a very small Asian woman who can't weigh more than 98 pounds soaking wet and she is in her 70's came up to the barbell after me and was so impressed with how easy I made it look that she wanted to try. :eek:Well, I have seen her just use the barbell (45 pounds) with no weight on it and she does ok, but 80 pounds is a far cry from a barbell with no weight added.

Anyhow, she lays downs attempts to move the barbell and can't, she got up and told me that I had made it appear so effortless that she had to try, LOL!!

She even tried just 50 pounds and couldn't do it she said because of a bad shoulder.

It was nice that I inspired somebody. But honestly if I were her size I would not try 80 without first working up to it. She said I was all muscle, LOL!!:cool:
