Hi all,

Today I had 4 and we tried my new cd's cardio moves for a little over an hour. I was a mish mosh of different cardio routines. My one lady didn't really like it so I may go back to the drawing board on it. It is nonstop movement.

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including cables, dumbbells, machines and floorwork.

I got up to work out but ended up taking a rest day and didn't check in. sorry about that. I meant to check in later but forgot :(
