To answer your question yesterday. Yes, I'm doing a 90 day rotation of Chalean Extreme, and mixing in Turbo Jam and PiYo as well. These are all Beachbody workouts I purchased on dvd a long time ago. I thought it would be fun to do a mix primarily Chalene Extreme with Turbo Jam and PiYo mixed in there plus cycle. I came across my Turbo Jam dvds recently and I thought hey these were fun and PiYo help with balance, flexibility, core all of which I need. So this is what I am doing workout wise.
