YT-Phoenix Nation- Beginner Ropeless Jump Rope Workout # 2- 14 min.

Today I did a mix of an Xtrain warm up for 5+ minutes and added on 38 minutes of a T & D biceps and triceps workout. I will do my own stretch.

Nice mash-up this morning Linda. Variety keeps us going!

Hey ladies,

Yesterday I got a new Ultimate Taebo DVD since my other one is messed up.

So today I did the whole 88 minute Ultimate Taebo with wrist weights on for half , there was some modifying and walking in place but I made it through the whole thing with sweat a flying!! Whoohoo for me,it has been a long time since I have done it all in 1 workout.

Nice workouts ladies!!

To answer your question yesterday. Yes, I'm doing a 90 day rotation of Chalean Extreme, and mixing in Turbo Jam and PiYo as well. These are all Beachbody workouts I purchased on dvd a long time ago. I thought it would be fun to do a mix primarily Chalene Extreme with Turbo Jam and PiYo mixed in there plus cycle. I came across my Turbo Jam dvds recently and I thought hey these were fun and PiYo help with balance, flexibility, core all of which I need. So this is what I am doing workout wise.
