Hi ladies,

Today I did my own Up Tempo Kickbox Jam for 41 minutes, adding new moves to one song.

Then I did a Taebo Circuit 1 which was 35 minutes. Both of these were done with 1 pound ankle weights on and the 1st one was also completed with 2 pound wrist weights on. During the Taebo I held 1 pound walking weights.

Then I did 20 minutes of floor work for abs, legs and glutes. Still wearing the ankle weights.

Now I am finished.

Hi all

Today was PHA 2 a short walk and yoga.

We are trying to take at least a short walk every day in addition to our daily workout.
