Hi Annette,

Just how many calories do you like to burn?

Today I did Caroline G's Iron series chest/back/shoulders (30 minutes) + Cathe's Rock'em Sock'em Blizzard Blast for 15 minutes. I also did Cathe's intensity PUB warm-up. I slept for 9 hours last night so I feel rested and energetic this morning. Obvi. I woke up before 5am.

Minimum of 500 preferably 1000 calories a day burned.

Today I had 2 ladies and we did the Upper Body Challenge Version 2 , very fast pace 52 minute workout.

Then I did 52 minutes of weight work including machines for back and shoulders, dumbbells for chest, triceps and biceps, the sled, and floorwork for abs and legs and glutes, some step ups on the step and I am finished. Whew!!

You got a nice longer workout for you in today too. Great job!
