Daily Check in Wednesday, April 5th, 2023

Hi Everyone,

I took an unintentional rest day yesterday. Today I did more 'Zumba Class' for 30 minutes and added on 17 minutes of planks/stretch with Michelle Briehler. I am heading to Ottawa on Friday so won't be exercising for about 4 or 5 days.

Great workouts yesterday everyone. It's raining with lightening and ice pellets this morning. My dog is scared. Have a great day.
 
Good morning Siobhan! You beat me this AM! :) I didn't get up quite as early and my 2 workouts were a little
longer this morning. Great job with 30 min of Zumba and 17 min of planks & stretching. Ooh, trip coming up-
Yay! Early morning thunder boomer...Jack doesn't like storms either....:(

Hi ladies,

The sun was shining and calling me so I stayed home and did parts of 2 different Chau and Paty Cardio Box and a Kickboxing routine. Total time 36 minutes between the 2. Now I am laying in the sun and reading.

Nice workouts for you both.

Oh I almost forgot to mention I hope your dog will calm down. I know my dog does not like rain, hail, or thunderstorms they make her ver nervous and scared. Enjoy your day;)

yes, the warmer weather is nice, but I had to crank on the AC..:(….just too stuffy & warm in here when it’s like this….but in a day or two, it’s supposed to cool off again, so the heat will be back on…like down in the 30’s a couple nights…crazy!
