Very nicely done on today's workouts with:
'Zumba Class' for 30 minutes and added on 17 minutes of planks/stretch with Michelle Briehler. ional rest day yesterday, your body probably needed the added rest. Ooh how fun a trip to Ottowa on Friday, have a great time.
Oh I almost forgot to mention I hope your dog will calm down. I know my dog does not like rain, hail, or thunderstorms they make her ver nervous and scared. Enjoy your day
