Hi ladies,

I don't own a scale and haven't known my weight for years. When I was a dancer, weight was so closely monitored it became an obsession. I am much better off not looking at numbers that don't reflect my state of health. I even turn around at the doc office so I don't see what it is. The nurses get a kick out of that..lol.

Today was Xtrain Burn Sets BBS, and I added core 1.

Furniture all moved with no issue, gotta get the window treatments done this weekend, but I think I am going to paint the trim upstairs first to get ready to paint the hallway. Lots of door frames, ewwww....
 
Hi gals,

I did 25 min. of Cardio Explosion taebo workout then did 7 min. of abs off of one of Kelley's workout.

Now that I am not focusing on my weight of course I was down again this morning but still not below my low, but getting there:D.

Got an afternoon sub job so have a great day!!:D
 
Good morning, I rotation says Hard strikes and ab circuit weight/plates. I dont like Hard strikes and I dont have Ab circuit, so i subbed Horizontal Conditioning Vol 3. Wow, sweat dripping in buckets!

My weight has been 130 pounds forever. I hate the way that number sounds. I would love to be 120 and size 6 but that was another time. I feel healthy and I think I look fit. :)

No workout for me today. I was just too tired. I won't be working out tomorrow either as I am at the agency.
