Hi Everyone,

No workout for me today. I spent about 40 minutes stretching my lower body. I think something is wrong. I am having a lot of burning in my legs and feet at night - so much that I cannot sleep. I have to see the doctor about this ugh!

Hi ladies,

Sorry Ceci, I pray that you get some answers.

I had a bad night too, this cold hubby gave me is not fun. Between a stopped up nose and the fact that if I breathe through my mouth it makes my dry mouth 10 times worse and hubby snoring and the earplugs not helping, I slept on the couch last night.

I got up and went to the gym and taught my Cardio Kickbox circuit to 4 ladies for about 47 minutes. I am having issues with the gym so my wonderful 'job' may come to an end.☹

I came home and did 7 minutes of some lady on You Tube but stopped it and put in Cathe's CTX Kickboxing and did the warm up, kickboxing and arm drills and short cooldown (31min.) and was finished.

Warmer day today.

Seems like it is just the 3 of us keeping the check in going these days.

Anette-Have you tried NyQuil? I have been taking that to help me sleep at night with this cold. And I hear you on the Hubby snoring :confused:.

What's going on with the gym?
 
No, I haven't. But honestly I take so many sleep aids prescriptions and not, I would be afraid that I might not wake up . My sudafed is not doing much, sigh.

Oh, sorry I didn't see the 2nd question. Evidently some of the seniors( I am thinking from my Silver and Fit class) have complained that I am speaking poorly of other instructors (which I am not) and they don't like this. Sooo I got an email from the owner's wife telling me all this and they will not be granting me any more classes.

So I am not happy and I may quit, work through this month and stop. At this point I don't even think that I would keep the membership at the gym which I would have to start paying for again. Honestly, I am not lifting like I used to and I can go back to doing my cardio at home. I still have 2,3,5,and 12 pound dumbbells at home.

I am waiting for an answer to a question I asked in my rebuttal email reply.

So that's the story.
