Hi Ceci and Lisa to follow,
Today I was having trouble finding something that I wanted to do.
So I end up doing my Upper Body Challenge Version 2 that had more actually weight work in along with the cardio. It was 51 minutes. Though I am going to have to replace the CD with a new one, it was glitching all the way through the workout. Thankfully it is still available on Amazon.
Then I did the mixed bpm freestyle kickboxing which was 47 minutes.
Then I ended with 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes along with some chest, back and triceps work.
Now I am finished.
