Today was a mish-mosh of little workouts totaling 58 min. FUN!

Bitgym- 10 min. treadmill walk in Stockholm, Sweden
Blender- High Reps Express- 25 min.
Hydrow Stack- 5 min R&B Mobility- Boston
1 min. Rio de Janiero Challenge Row
1 min Squat Challenge- Savannah, Georgia
5 min. Post-Row Mobility with Foam Roller- Seville, Spain
YT- CrossRope- Jump Rope & Weights workout- 6 min.
YT- criticalbench- 5 min. Beginner Jump Rope & Kettlebell Workout

That is quite the mish mosh of a workout Linda. Great variety.

Today I did a 50 minute Michelle Briehler yoga/pilates/hiit workout. It was challenging but so fun. No repeaters at all. I love no repeaters.

Great workouts yesterday Nora and Annette. And Annette - thank goodness you have hot water! Yeah!
 
Yes, Siobhan, I “traveled” all over the place this morning! LOL! Great job with a 50 minute Michelle Briehler yoga/pilates/hiit workout. I love no repeats too! Guess that’s why I do so many short workouts…. Enjoy your day!

Hi ladies,

Yes, all is fixed and hot water is a lovely thing!!

Today I did a CDORNER Cardio Kickboxing which was 35 minutes long. It was good. Then I came to the gym and did 45 minutes of triceps and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. So now I am finished with today's workout.

Looks like everyone got in a great workout with lots of variety!! WTG!!
