FitTower "Slim & Trim" dvd- 37 min.
IFit- "Thunder & Lightning" Studio treadmill workout- 18 min.

Today I did more Dan the Hiit Man - 37 minutes of a circuit workout + 10 minutes of shoulders. I will do my own stretch now.

It seems most of us got in our workouts yesterday! Yeah :)

Hi ladies,

Today I did my own cardio kickboxing workout (made up as I went) with some music off YouTube. It was about 36 minutes long. Now I am going to lay in the sun!!
