Hi ladies,
Today I did my Kickbox Frenzy workout that was 43 minutes with my wrist weights on.
I tried to do another Taebo at home but 7 minutes in the internet went out for a 2nd time so I lost the internet on the TV. So I did a Taebo Express the combos on for 11 minutes.
Then I did a hodge podge of weight work using both a band and dumbbells and body weight plus floorwork for abs , legs and glutes. I am already sore. But it was 35 minutes.
Now I am finished. I really really miss the elliptical at the gym,sigh.
