Hi Siobhan,

Today I had 4 ladies for my 20-20-20 Split Series Chest and Back . It was a tad over an hour. Did standing and lying chest , back and abs, plus the kickboxing and regular aerobic segments.

Then I did 25 minutes of weight work for shoulders, bicep and triceps using preset barbells for bicep curls, dumbbells for hammer curls and tricep work, the shoulder machine and the sled.

Hope to see someone tomorrow for this check in.
