Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of T&D for 30 minutes total body weights/abs (his stuff is so challenging and I love it) and an 8 minute T&D tabata. I will do my own stretch now.

Linda - you're so right about the Cathe Lives. They are all unique, fun and challenging.
Deanna - so nice to see you checking in with your Cathe workout. WTG!
Annette - big, long workout at the gym yesterday!
Nora - you've switched things up a bit lately with Chalene! I forgot about PiYo - that was all the rage at one time.

Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. Whole Body Rowing & Weights AMRAP

Hi ladies,

I am actually sore from yesterday's workout.

Today was a bust kind of, my new DVD player wouldn't play my Ultimate Taebo DVD. It would only play the long one (90 minute one) starting from the break between the hour and then the last 30 minutes. Trying to start from the beginning resulted in choppy starts and stops,sigh.

So I did the Get Amped Taebo on the same DVD with my wrist weights on which is 31 minutes. I was too frustrated at that point to do anything more.

Hey, Ladies! Sorry I haven't checked in for a few days. Had the open house Saturday with 4 potential buyers coming through and two who were interested. Then 2 showings on Monday and 2 yesterday. Got one offer today which I countered. So, that's where my head has been.
No workout today but yesterday I took Macy for a two mile walk during the 5:30 showing. Keeping my fingers crossed for a successful negotiation.
