Hi ladies,
Today I made the most of my time considering hubby will be working from home tomorrow and youngest son has the next 3 days off starting tomorrow. So my alone time is limited.
So I did my own Compound Full Body Plate Extreme workout that was 47 minutes. It was tough, lemme tell ya. Whew!!
Then I did KCM 22 minute premix off of her kickboxing workout.
Then I did 32 minutes of weight work using the pyramid method but down only for chest, triceps , biceps, shoulders and back. Plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with my 2 pound each ankle weights on. I am beat!! But a good beat.
