Hi gals,

Today I taught my aerobic circuit workout to 9 ladies for 51 minutes then did 50 minutes of weight work keeping it a light to moderate day. Included dumbbell chest press and flies, barbell bicep curls, dumbbell triceps, lat pull down standing wide set arms and under hand center pull down, rope pull down and put, then did floor abs and legs.

Hi ladies! Thanks Ceci! I'm having my moments this week. My Dads birthday is coming up. I know it will get better, no worries, but I truelly appreciate everyone here and your kindness. It gives me comfort and a quiet sort of inner strength. This morning I did Athletic step. It's a nice step workout. Nothing fancy but gets the job done.

Great weights today Ceci & Annette. Always nice to see you posting Ceci. It's funny that you don't think Athletic Step is fancy, Peg, as I tried it twice and just couldn't go back a third time .....I could not keep up after the third set of "exercises" I think. lol. Sending you (((hugs)) Peg.
I hope you got a better sleep last night Henriette. I did after doing the aroma steam (I think I slept over 9 hours) ......although the headache is back again today. Grrr.

I got in a long walk today. Realized that I definitely need new socks! lol.

Still not feeling great, so after work, and giving two trainings all I managed at night was a long walk.
