Siobhan- Great workout today with: Caroline G's Beastmode for Chest and Triceps = 40 Min, plus added on 15 min of Cathe's Supersets,
and a stretch to finish it off. Bravo on that super challenging sounding workout
Annette- Great job on your workout today with: 33 minutes of a Taebo w/wrist weights, then did 35 minutes of weight work for triceps, and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
