Today's workouts:

Hydrow CT # 18- 20 min. Rowing & Weights EMOM Circuit
IFit- Max it Out TimeCrunch elliptical workout # 2 - 19 min.
Blender- STS Mesos- Legs- 17 min.
Int.Timer App- 7 min. 30/10 Hiit ( weights, LI cardio & jump rope)

Hope everyone enjoys a nice day! Cool now, but supposed to be pretty warm today !
 
Good Morning Everyone,

Big workout this morning Linda. I'm impressed.

Today I did Caroline G's Beastmode for Chest and Triceps - very heavy on the triceps. That was 40 minutes. I could finish the finisher as I could no longer bear my own weight. Yikes. I added on 15 minutes of Cathe's Supersets. I blew off the warm up - obvi - as I was already warmed up. Now, to stretch.

Linda - it is not warm this week at all here. Where are you Spring?
Great workouts from everyone yesterday. We all managed to do something. yeah.

Nice Beastmode & SuperSets combo workout this AM Siobhan! Yeah, I went over my 1 hour total limit by 3 minutes:). Switching between the workouts takes a few min. But I don’t count that in the times…have a good one!
 
Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did 33 minutes of a Taebo with my wrist weights on. Then I did 35 minutes of weight work for triceps, and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. My one arm is really sore up where it meets the shoulder most likely from yesterday's sled push.

Looks like everyone is getting great workouts in, keep up the great work. It is cool here today.

Great job today, Annette, with 33 minutes of a Taebo workout followed by 35 minutes of weight work for triceps, and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Good combination!

so far, it’s not quite as warm as they were saying this AM on the radio…there’s still a little coolness in the air, but the sun is bright!
