Today was GS BSB, and I added the 10 minute core from BH totally ripped core. According to the rotation I am also supposed to be doing a 20 minute cardio, but I didn't have enough time. Looks like rest day is going to be a cardio day.

Hi ladies,

this morning I did upper body of Cathe's MIS then moved onto 15 minutes of weighted boxing from Michael Olajide's Savage and Serene. Back to work today. My sofia was sick yesterday but is now on the mend. root touch up tonight so I look like a natural blond.
