Today I did a mix of Perfect30 LB for 33 minutes. I added on STS 2.0 Jump Rope bonus workout for 10 minutes. Cathe needs to do more jump rope workouts. Both workouts today were tough. I'm sweating.
Linda - WTG with yesterday's Cathe Live for lower body and added Elliptical workout - Lots of cardio and weights for you
Annette - You more than made up for your rest day at the gym yesterday
Nora - So much variety in your workout yesterday. 30 minutes of core - wow. I bet you have washboard abs today

Today was another Jamie McKagan cardio 'kickbox' workout that was 52 minutes which included some abwork at the end.
I put kickbox in quotes because technically there was only 1 kick done on each side during 1 segment. So in my mind it was more of an aerobic boxing workout which was very good, don't get me wrong, I enjoyed it and the time flew by.
And boy am I sore from yesterday's workout, arms are really sore.
