Daily Check-in, Wednesday, April 16, 2025

Good Wednesday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Perfect30 LB for 33 minutes. I added on STS 2.0 Jump Rope bonus workout for 10 minutes. Cathe needs to do more jump rope workouts. Both workouts today were tough. I'm sweating.

Linda - WTG with yesterday's Cathe Live for lower body and added Elliptical workout - Lots of cardio and weights for you
Annette - You more than made up for your rest day at the gym yesterday
Nora - So much variety in your workout yesterday. 30 minutes of core - wow. I bet you have washboard abs today :)
Nicki - I'm so sorry to read about more delays and frustrations with your housing situation :( . I hope everything gets sorted.

Good morning ladies. Siobhan, nice workout choice this morning with Perfect 30 LB-33 min. & the
Jump rope bonus for 10 min. WTG!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "New Shoulders Muscle Meltdown"- 19 min.
Blender- "Squat, Curl, Repeat" - 18 min.
CrossRope- Ropeless Jump Rope Cardio & Strength workout- 23 min.

Hi ladies,

Today was another Jamie McKagan cardio 'kickbox' workout that was 52 minutes which included some abwork at the end.

I put kickbox in quotes because technically there was only 1 kick done on each side during 1 segment. So in my mind it was more of an aerobic boxing workout which was very good, don't get me wrong, I enjoyed it and the time flew by.

And boy am I sore from yesterday's workout, arms are really sore.

Nicki I hope it all works out with your house.

I wish she would do more jump rope as well. i love them!! good workout today

Saga continues with the lender but I have spoken with three others and they sound promising! I am exhausted from all the meetings, calls and trying to get everything in order. I am planning to check in daily because I love to hear what you all are doing and keeps me smiling. My workouts during this time will mostly be stretching and walking Macy!

I had a dentist appointment and that kind of delayed my workout schedule. I took my nap and had to do some errands and didn't get to start my workout until 4:45 PM my time. I didn't want to skip it entirely and decided to do something at least so I did weights and abs. So it's something, better than nothing.

Here's today's workout:

Chalene Extreme - Burn Circuit 2= 38 Min
Chalean Extreme- I've Got Abs = 15 Min

Nora, good for you for getting in your workout doing Chalene Extreme - Burn Circuit 2= 38 Min & I've Got Abs = 15 Min. That’s pretty long for a “short” workout!!
