Today I tried a Strong by Zumba but only got through the warm up about 5 minutes or so then I found some music on YouTube that was 150 bpm for 48 minutes. So I did my own freestyle kickboxing workout for that plus a 2 minute stretch so roughly 55 minutes of cardio.
Then I did 35 minutes of a full body weight workout. 2 exercises per body part( with the exception of back) doing 16 reps using 3 different weights. Floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and standing calf raises.
Quick stretch and now I am finished.
