Hi Siobhan and anyone else,

Today I had one lady show up at 10:41 for my 10:30 class. I almost started my own workout but she came and wanted to do something.


So we did my Disco Circuit using actual weights (usually it is bodyweight only exercises), but we only did 45 minutes of the ~52 minute workout. I thought she had to leave because we started late but she was on the treadmill when I started my 35 minute weight workout , go figure. I did moderate weights today ending with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Oh and right before we started I almost had a wardrobe malfunction. My front zip bra split at the bottom. Thankfully, I was able to get the zipper back down and rehooked and back up again. I did not need my G cups spilling out!!.
 
Haha - nice catch on the wardrobe malfunction and good workout!

I took a rest day today as I worked this morning at 715am.

I will be back at it tomorrow and look forward to it.

How's your brother doing?
 
All I know is he has Covid pneumonia and is on an IV medication that will go through tomorrow then they will reevaluate his lungs and talk about discharge. Thanks for asking.

Add 45 minutes of vacuuming and cleaning floors to my exercise today.
