Blender- "Leg Band-it" - 20 min. - Sounds tough knowing Cathe.
IFit- "Rock Creek Park, Wash. DC" Bike Ride- 18 min.
Bitgym- Rowing on Lake Naivasha, Kenya, Africa, alternating with Int. Timer app-High Step Blasts...total of both-20 min.
Not everyone can say they did a leg bad workout then off to Wash. D.C. for Bike ride, then go row in Kenya Africa today.
Passport workouts are so fun and take you to exotic faraway locations. It's like Lifestyles of the rich and famous meets workouts, sort of. Gotta love that

High fives on today's workout with: Michelle Briehler - an upper body workout for 35 minutes. I added on 3 tabatas (MB again) which was another 12 minutes. Now, to stretch. Very nicely done WTG!!
Annette- High fives on doing a workout at home today with: 42 minutes of shoulder and floorwork and then did the newest online Taebo w/my weighted gloves.
I'd be sore from your sled workout yesterday too. You're a legend. Enjoy the rest of your day and take it easy.
