IFit- "Villa Monastero Treadmill Walk, Italy"= 21 min.
YT-Live Fitness- Full Body Weight Plate 5 min. workout
Int. Timer App workout- 5 min. Steady State Ski

Int. Timer App workout- 5 min. Steady State Ski - I'm not a skier but that sounds fun!

Jessica Smith- 10 Minute Walks - Buns & Thighs Walk = 11 Min

Hi ladies,

After a horrible night of not sleeping, I got up late and found a new garage Taebo that was 60 minutes with weight work for about 20 minutes of that, it was grueling but I did it and I am sweaty now. So at least I got a workout in, though now my arms will be fried.

Nice workouts ladies! Keep up the great work!
