Off to do 4DS bi/tri and the pushup challenge!!! How's everyone doing with them?:) I wish there were a chin up challenge- looks like we do alot in sts:eek:

Becky~ I was reading a Phryne Fisher mystery (a series) by Kerry Greenwood. A good short mystery. Last night I started The Emperor's Children. (also, if you scroll down when you post, you will find a box if you want email notification- in additional options)

Deanie, I'll have to check those books out. I am reading The Burnt House by Faye Kellerman.

I've checked that email notification , but never get them.Thanks anyway for the suggestion.

Today is Lowmax 1-4 and abs , also the pushup challenge.
I need a pullup challenge too Deanie, but no way/place to do them right now. I guess I need the bands over the door , no room for a tower in my small , already crowded workout room.:(

Morning. Today is my 2 DD's first day back to school, so I'm not working out this AM. I have plans this evening for dinner out so it looks like a rest day for me. I hope to sneak in my pushups though. I don't want to get off schedule with them.

I don't know what to do about pullups. I don't have a bar or a room in which to put one. What other things could I do. Is there a substitute exercise?
 
Morning Ladies!

I'm working on 5 hrs of sleep, one car two destinations so I had to wait on DD to get off from work late last night....I'm tired.

I have The Viper scheduled for today along w/ the PUs depending on my energy level I may opt to do it later on this afternoon.


Deanie good morning! lol for me at the moment PUs are just fine I'll worry about chin ups later.

Becky - sorry to hear about your insomnia - I got some Tylenol PM and it works nicely, Have fun w/ LM

Phyllis - enjoy your rest day today. I was looking into the Perfect Pullups from the makers of the perfect pushups, I do have a handled resistance band also but right now I'll cross that bridge when I get there lol


Ladies have an outstanding Wednesday - Doesn't even feel like the middle of the week already .

Vilma - Don't you hate it when your schedule gets thrown off whack? I don't like it one bit.

Today was L & G on the rotation, and I added Amy's ab section one.

Still no rotation, so I guess this month is a bust for Cathe.
 
Vilma, how does the perfect pullup thing work? Well, I guess I can look it up online, now that I think about it.;)
 
Phyllis, did you see I posted late last night and answered your ? about the premix ?

I just finished Lowmax 1-4, amys ab section 1, and pushups!

Hi gals,

I did the warm up off of S&H then did the shoulder work off of this too, leaving out the side lying exericses. Then I did MIS abs and stretch all in all about 40 min. of weight work with abs included. I did not do cardio today have to go and school the youngest who still needs my guidance.

Annette, are you doing a rotation this month?

I like Cathe's rotation so I think I will go with that instead of FF's. Anyone else?
 
OK, changing my mind again. After reviewing more carefully, I think I'll stick with FF rotation. It has more upper body. I'll tuck Cathe's away for later. Who knows, by tomorrow, I might change my mind again!!:confused:
 
Hi Pwmatt,

No, I don't follow any rotation, I just do my own thing. For the last few weeks I have been doing (for weight work) 1 week of endurance then a week of strength so I am alternating workouts like CTX and PH for endurance and S&H, and PS and PUB for strength (mostly the first 2). So obviously this week is strength. My cardio varies as to what kind of mood I am in at the time.
