Good Morning Glories!

I slept pretty well last nite...Becky, I hope you did too. Today is BM2 cardioblast premix. I can tell that my legs will be talkin' to me later today from B&G last night...my legs were shaking during the workout!

Have a great day everyone. My DH comes home from being away on business tonight :)

I slept from 11-4:30, so while I wish it was more, (I feel like I am SO far behind !!!) , it was better than it's been and that's GOOD !;)

Today is PP lowerbodyX3 !

The darker, cooler mornings and maybe my lack of sleep is making me sluggish in the mornings and I feel like I am slower & slower in getting my workouts started. Someone give me a good PUSH in the direction of my workout room ......PLEASE !!!:confused:

Annette, I wrote you something about vertigo on yesterday's thread. Don't know if you had the chance to see it.

Good Wednesday Morning Ladies!

Not sure what I'll be doing today ;)

Youngest DD had a musical at her school last night and so I'm dealing with a bit of the grumpies this morning LOL but it was a cute show the kids did... there was singing, dancing, guitarand piano playing all around talet goodness :)



Tammy - Yes enjoy your reunion w/ your DH.

Reminds me when my dh would come back from a 6 months long deployment from the sandbox how the kids and I would hold up banners excited to see him home with us once again.

Becky - Glad you got better sleep last night. I have found the same issue with my very early workouts, so I've been doing them around 8 30ish instead thats when I have that quiet me time after 930 am it gets busy here once again.

I opted to rest today. It was cool outside and sooo warm under the covies! I love that feeling.

Deanie, I have yet to try a pullup. One of these days....

Vilma, the musical sounds cute.The grumpies will pass - I'm sure it was worth it!
 
Good morning everyone,

Got some rest last night, still had to get up with DS and the puppy, but it was short lived and I was able to get some zzzs.

This morning was supposed to be B & G again, but I can only take that one every once in a while, so I subbed Amy's APX Leg workout and then core. I also added some floorwork ( weighted leg lifts, etc).

Have a good day, I am really craving some CANDY CORN!!!!!
 
:pPhyllis, great advice if you can stop at a few ! I WOULD eat the whole bag !!!:p

PP L/B X3 plus KPC abs is done !

I'm glad I forced myself because I DO feel better, but MAN it's hard to get going these day !!!:(

Hi Becky, I did see it, and thanks. It does seem to be subsiding and I just did my workout (chest work laying down) with NO vertigo!!! Yippeeeee!!!!

I did S&H warm up then did the flat work only for chest and then the 8 min. taebo for my workout.

Of course my weight went up slightly so I am hoping that it is only related to doing weights again after a week off. I don't want to gain again after finally getting myself to a happier place again, sigh.

Anyway I have lots to do today so have a great day!!:D
