We're cruising downhill to Friday :) Today is kettlebells, pushups and abs.

Today was a step day - I did Tap less Step More, love the choreography in this one!
 
Hi all,

I did various weight work off of Muscle Max and the Gym Style workouts covering all of upper body for my workout today.

Down another .2 pounds (hey every little bit counts and it is in the right direction so I'll count it,:rolleyes::eek::p:D)
