Thanks for getting the ball rolling, so to speak.

Today was legs - I did Tracey's Part Series - Glute Camp and then the Pilates/Yoga sections. My hips are talking to me!!

Siobhan - If you are interested, you can set up temp trades with someone like I have done at the VF site. You arrange a trade, confirm the time that you will keep it, and send it back when you are done. Each party is responsible for their postage, and they can include a return envelope if it is agreed upon. I have done this a few times and it has worked out nicely.

I did CTX 10-10-10 the first and 2nd segments no stepping, then did CTX Kickboxing starting with the kickboxing leaving out the warm up and no weight work, so all in all a 42 min. workout.:D

Not bad for piecemilling a workout together.

Tomorrow I have to take my youngest to the podiatrist to get an ingrown toenail taken care of :(and the appt. is at 8:20 in the morning and we have to be there at 8:eek: so probably no workout tomorrow but hopefully on Friday as long as it doesn't heat back up again.
 
thanks for the tip conni. i never heard of that. i've tried to register my name on video fitness twice now but it's not working. i dont know why.

tonight i did 30 minutes of legs and quit. i am just too tired. the last week of the month at my office is brutal. had to stop myself from crying today - some people's life stories are so difficult to hear about - especially some of the refugee claimants. ah well.

i will be right back at it tomorrow morning full force - i hope. gulp.
